Welcome to the YourADN Legal Documents page. This page contains the agreements, terms and conditions, notices and policies that apply when you use the YourADN platform and any services made available through it.
Start here: the YourADN Platform Terms & Conditions (Personal and Corporate Accounts) below apply to all customers and describe how the platform works, the types of services available, and how YourADN and appointed third-party service providers share responsibilities.
Provider terms: certain services are delivered by regulated third-party service providers appointed by YourADN. Where you enable or use a service, you may also enter into a separate agreement with the relevant provider and their terms will apply in addition to the YourADN Platform Terms. If there is a conflict, the provider’s terms will apply to that provider’s service to the extent of the conflict. This does not limit YourADN’s data collection/retention/reuse rights under these terms and our Privacy Notice
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the documents listed on this page, as applicable to the services you use. We may update these documents from time to time, and the latest versions will always be available here.
